Things are going slowly for me this round. Only down 0.6lbs so far but my body is like that. It'll hold onto weight for the longest time and then I'll drop a bunch out of nowhere. Hopefully that no where is during this dietbet!

Thanks for the add! I've had a rough day I have to admit. Saturday are usually a bad scene for me. I ate 1.5 naan bread, a piece of cake, and coffee today and that's it. BUT the rest of my week has been fantastic food and exercise wise. Step classes are my fav! I go on Mondays but I thinkI should start adding another one in during the week. It's harder for me to lose on this DB (I just won my first one last month) so I need to make a few adjustments next week.
