Gosh, where the heck have you been. I am doing a DB4 that starts this week - $10 - spring into FitBit. - hostess Amy. Great group if you are interested. But, where have you been?

I went to a conference followed by a vacation. Lots of extra eating and drinking. But I got back and immediately started a detox, and I'm feeling superb and lost the couple extra pounds I gained.I ordered the FitBit with the heart rate monitor, but it's on back order from the factory. I don't want to go buy another one while I'm waiting. I'll check out the game, though. I really don't want to lose this community!
