Don't eat the granola bar! You CAN resist! Do you have any blood/sugar issues? Also, when my daughters get headaches, a lot of times eating protein makes them feel better (steak, chicken, etc).

I started a clean eating gluten free diet 3 wks tomorrow and I can tell you the first week, I had a headache every single day! I googled it from what I found and read it's your body detoxing.

I was determine this time and did not cave in and have yet to (tried & failed many time) I'm not only doing it to lose weight but for tummy/health issues too. I'm an over eater lol So just fill your plate with veggies, sweet potatoes (small), turkey, chicken, eggs. All healthy and natural. My new motto is "If I can kill it and grow it, I can eat it!" Don't starve yourself! That will cause headaches too. I eat til I'm full 5-6 times a day yet I have a hard time meeting my 1200/cal per day,

I cook for my family delicious meals every night, meals I luv to eat! At first temptation was really hard to manage, boy was it ever! But I did it! Now it's not that hard anymore, thank god! So HANG in there, it gets better & a heck of a lot easier. If you fail today, try it again tomorrow, don't give up!
Here I go. Again!
