  • Very very frustrated today up three lbs since Wednesday and that’s with no cheats or off track meals. This is when I throw in the towel but instead I’m focusing on increasing water and chugging along….. mad face on but still determined

You're still winning!

You got this! Our bodies have natural cycles they go though and each week may be a little different than the last.
Don’t give up and keep on track. It will still pay off. :yellow_heart:

Hey all! I'm ready to tackle this month's goal. I joined my local crossfit gym this week! I've been working on my eating habits the last three months, so I decided it's time to step it up. Here's to a great month!

Aunt Flo tried her best to ruin this bet but I also squeaked by.

Congratulations on your win.

I've broken through my plateau, but I'm not feeling confident I'll reach the goal this month. I'm 4 lbs away. I suppose it's possible, but I'm not banking on it. I'm off to elliptical. I'm going to give it my all!

Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.

Start the day with a glass of water and attitude check to keep your eyes on your prize/goal.

I find doing intermittent fasting does help break through a plateau. For me, I only add it in when needed instead of doing it constantly and it seems to work without sending me to binge by adding yet another “food rule”

Amber H.

Persistence! Forgive the scale and just keep going! Maybe change something up- a new work out routine, different foods… but honestly, the only thing that can truly bust a plateau is time and good habits.
