I'm sure you all will be happy to hear this, I did really bad last week. ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜… Had a bad cold, and I don't like being in a calorie deficit when I'm sick. It makes me think my immune system will struggle more.
I didn't gain weight but I didn't lose weight. Hopefully there's still time to get back on track. If not, you're welcome. ๐Ÿ˜…

  • Food Tip: Keep Trigger Foods Out Of Sight!

    Try keeping healthy foods right where you can see them, and stash unhealthy ones in a hard-to-reach cupboard, or just don't keep them around at all.
    I usually avoid having chips and ice cream around. Do you have any trigger foods?

I eat very healthy so unfortunately this doesn't help. My problem is with portion control and just being hungry all the time.

What did you expect, a million dollars? :flushed: this is about losing weight. it's not a casino. If it was a casino, most people lose lots of money there, so you did well.

Thanks Heather. I have had such amazing success with DietBet, money motivates me lol, that I thought it would be just like hopping back on the wagon and everything was going to be great. Definitely understand the black and white. Thank you for the advice :relaxed:

My big mistake was we went to olive garden last night. And while i didn't eat very much, the stuff i ate was salty :cry: so i know it's mostly water retention.
