Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

I downloaded Justin Augustin Fitness app after seeing a few of his reels. He has a lot of workouts that are easy to start and maintain. Some are Quick ( including cardio, standing in kitchen, desk exercises, core, etc.) And longer ones too, some with modifications.

Really like him and this app.so far.
