Tip: if you make a mistake just track it and move on. Don’t sit and stress about it forever, when thinking about long term, you’re one extra snack/meal or whatever it was doesn’t even matter!

Yes, yesterday I did a 15-minute treadmill walk which was super hard but I stuck it out. Don't laugh at me! I am in worse shape than I thought.
