  • One of my favourite lunches. Avo toast made with my homemade long fermented sour dough, spread from fat free Greek yogurt, added olive oil, parm, and spicy pickled Italian peppers, topped with avo, and flaky sea salt. Always with a fresh tomato.

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.
