It's time for the final Weekly Challenge!
For Week 4, we are focusing on Self Care. Sometimes it can be so easy to focus on what you need to do for everyone else, you forget to take care of you. This week, take a few minutes each day to do something just for you. Meditate, read a book, lay outside in the sunshine (with sunscreen) to let yourself recharge. Stress absolutely effects weight loss so take some time to let some stress go for the week.
