  • Good morning and happy Wednesday!

    While my Mondays are too scheduled for a workout, Wednesdays are the days I always make a workout a priority. For me, I’ll head to the gym or out for a run just to get my body moving mid week. But music is a must! It’s a solid mix of almost every genre so it keeps me entertained.

I got in two long walks today! I’m running my 4th marathon on Sunday! Ah! Nervous, but excited. Trying to focus on rest and gentle movement this week.

I love going to classes at my gym. Taking a hiit class today followed by some weight lifting. My body won’t change without doing weights for me.

This week we are focusing on our nutrition!Tracking your meals helps you to see where your calories are being taken in. There a several free trackers available, like MyFitnessPal and Lose It, and even more paid trackers.

This week, try tracking meals if you've never done it before. Even just writing down what you are eating can help see what you're eating in a day.   • Good morning and happy Friday!

    Today is the start of my weekend so I have a list of adulting to do while the kiddos are still in school. Much exciting things like Costco and laundry ????? It all needs to get done, one way or another.

    While we all have adulting to do, we also need to stay focused on our goals. For me that means keeping up with my hydration while I run errands. I 100% have a water bottle in my car at all times to help me stay on track.

    Even while we are getting in our challenges, we need to get our workouts in too. Today is Workout Wednesday so let's talk workouts!

    My go to is going out to the local lake and using the walking path around the lake for a run. Am I fast? Heck no! Do I care? Also no! I go out to move my body and enjoy the scenery.

  • Hi and welcome to The DietBet Kickstarter-Weekly Challenge Series! The game created based on your survey results!

    I'm Audrey and I'll be your host for the game. If we haven't met before, a bit about me is I've been with DietBet for over 7 years now and I love seeing players hit their goals. I'm also married with two kiddos and a cat living in the Midwest.

    My goals for this game are to support all of the amazing players and to keep a solid focus on my nutrition and hydration. This month is going to be wildly busy for our family with new stuff going on each week, so staying on track will be a challenge.

    What to expect with the weekly challenges: Each Monday, I'll pin a new post to the top of the game feed with that week's challenge. To be entered into that week's prize drawing, you must submit 4 photos on the pinned post and you can post 1 photo per day. I will do the drawing once that challenge has closed. All photos must be submitted by 11:59 pm PT on Sunday each week.

Hi all!! I’ve been horrible signing up for these diet bets and not committing . Having a hard time navigating menopause ugghh right now trying to focus on movement as I seem to be stiffing up a lot lately . Excited to see exactly what the challenges are ( if it’s playing ball with dog I got that one in the bag lol lol) good luck and let’s go!!!

Hello All! I first joined one of DietBet's challenges on 1/1/2018. Over the years I've lost some challenges and won some challenges. Always gaining the weight back. I am now down 92 pounds with 22 pounds left to go!!!! FINALLY!! I pray I can make it to my goal weight!!
