- Happy Friday! I'm feeling a bit like an outsider on DietBet and hope I am wrong. Last February I weighed 350 lbs. I switched to a ketogenic diet, cut all alcohol, carefully used supplements, and started exercising regularly. I have worked with both extended and intermittent fasting. In December I went to the carnivore diet. I feel great, I have lost 145 1bs, yes 350 to 205. Is anyone else using the carnivore approach? I see people posting fruits, vegetables, and salads. Where's the Beef?
