Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good morning and happy Wednesday!

    While my Mondays are too scheduled for a workout, Wednesdays are the days I always make a workout a priority. For me, I’ll head to the gym or out for a run just to get my body moving mid week. But music is a must! It’s a solid mix of almost every genre so it keeps me entertained.

I got in two long walks today! I’m running my 4th marathon on Sunday! Ah! Nervous, but excited. Trying to focus on rest and gentle movement this week.

I love going to classes at my gym. Taking a hiit class today followed by some weight lifting. My body won’t change without doing weights for me.
