Figure out what works for you. I grew up hearing “don’t weigh yourself daily” but I THRIVE on the knowledgr of a daily check in and nothing derails me faster than the not knowing. Figure out what works for you and stick to it.

Calorie deficit tracker! I have tried to lose weight for years thinking I was eating right only to quit when I wasn't seeing results. I finally locked in and actually track what I eat and focus on high protein and fiber and have actually now lost 30 lbs since last August! I also let myself enjoy the holidays but tried to not over indulge and was able to maintain during that time and then got right back on track after new years. It works! I use the lose it app for tracking.

Yesterday was a bit tougher, im feeling a smidgen under the weather with allergies, but I did weights in the AM and a decent 10 minute walk while waiting for kiddo at sports. Definitely felt good pushing through and holding my self accountable, we got this!!!
