Switched up breakfast today with some Kodiak cakes banana chocolate chip protein pancakes after the gym! A little more sugar than I'd liked so I'd probably buy the original next time, but still was delicious & all things in moderation! I also used sugar free syrup & we tried some apple cinnamon sausages. I normally eat eggs every single day, so this was a nice little change. What's your go to breakfast?

Did a lottttt today already, and finally remembered to eat at 5pm. Made a fabulous 20 minute dinner of an air fryer salmon filet on a bed of brown rice, black beans, hummus, fat free feta, and parsley. Yum! Trying to follow my version of the Mediterranean diet and thrilled with my first meal!
Meal prepping tonight on this nice day with my husband! We made ribs + chicken drumsticks on our smoker. We left some meat dry to add for tacos/salads but also added sugar free barbecue to some aswell. Yum! We love grilling or using our smoker because it gives our food such good taste and is a healthy alternative, but it also let's us experiment with our healthy eating! What're you having for dinner?
