Hello to my old pals and my new pals!
I am so excited to be here.
Since August 2024 I have lost 90lbs (with lots of exercise, food changes and help of a GLP1). I also had a breast reduction done this past October.
I’m starting a new job on Monday (HELLLLL PROMOTION) which involves much more sedentary time than I am used to, so I am really going to prioritize movement in between meetings and on my lunch break.
I also will be working on staying in a calorie deficient and drinking 100oz of water daily.
Can’t wait to get started guys!
