I’m going into round 6 feeling great but don’t want to lose momentum! I found this month it was really easy not to focus on being healthy because I kept telling myself it’s only 1%! But I should have approached the month like it was 5%! I’m not near my maintain weight and will be jumping into another 6-monther when this one ends because I definitely need that extra push. Money is a good motivator but seeing results and getting to buy new smaller clothes is the best!

- I know it is “unofficial” but wanted to celebrate being below 200lbs for the first time since 1998. Over 55lbs lost this round so far. ADF, OMAD, CICO, Keto, and exercise. No GLP-1’s used. Just commitment to the goal! Enjoying one-derland!

Just under halfway to go on this round! How are y'all doing?? I must say, since the percentage was lower this time, I might have relaxed a little more than I should've in the first half. Looked at the dates and scared myself straight now. 😂 I hope everyone is feeling great, as we head into summer. 💪?🌺?
I did make weight for this round. It’s been so hard. Obviously I needed something like this program to keep me accountable. I started primarily to help me get through the holiday months with some kind of discipline. I am finding it so hard to keep losing through all the social events, meetings and travel, which I am well aware are first world complaints. This post is really an acknowledgment of gratefulness and on to the next round. Good luck and blessings to us all.
