For the past month I've mostly managed to walk at least one mile at least five days a week. And I've been doing very well at drinking about 90 ounces of water per day. Still need to up the veggies and fruits.

I LOVE my fitbit! It has helped me in my health journey so much. Since I got it, I'm down 40 lbs, and I really think it's due a lot to being pushed to be more active. Be sure to try the challenges with your friends! They're really fun. I personally prefer the Goal Day challenge, which isn't so much a competition as a support group... the others are about getting more steps than your friends, but that one is about everyone making their goal for the day. And it pushes you... for instance, right now, I ought to be out on my morning walk and am having trouble getting going, but because I made a challenge today, I'll be doing it instead of crawling back into bed. :)

Julie - My honest thoughts, if they were your real friends they would understand and support your choice to lead a healthy lifestyle. Surround yourself with people that bring you up versus those that bring you down. Life is too short to live your life for others! You are doing so great and looking so fabulous & healthy! BRAVO! ;) - Kelly

I play golf, so I know how you feel. Before every swing "butt out, shoulders straight, head down, loose grip, weight on your back foot"....it's amazing how all that runs through your head. I find the successes with me do also come with good habits. I've narrowed mine down to a set of achieveablw goals - but it's actually kind of a delicate system. They depend on each other for success
