Great blog and a wedding is a great motivator. Here's a quote that I like to say to myself when I feel I'm slipping and think I'll get back on track on Monday .... "A year from now you will wish you had started today"


50 pounds in about 10 months is definitely achievable! I lost 70 pounds in about 12 months, so I know it can be done. It just takes steady dedication, 90% of the time, to make the goal. I am cheering for you!
