If you have the receipt, I suggest you return the hopefully, unopened bags of candy. If you already opened them, have a family member hide them until Halloween. After that, give them away. You have to set yourself up for success.

I like this - felt exactly the same when I weighed myself except the numbers were up and I didn't want anyone to know....might change that - I have a 7 year old and a 3 year old. Growing up, my mother was always dieting and I vowed my girls would never have to hear me talk of any such thing. Well, I talk about it a lot, but I have reframed it to say 'I am taking care of my body and becoming healthier'. On the darker days, a few nasty self descriptions pop out, but I'm working on it. Here's to our children's healthy bodies and image.Here's to our health!
