    If you don't have a workout planned today, you can still make it happen with a walk around your neighborhood after dinner. If you do have a workout planned, excellent!

I didn’t focus on diet and exercise this month. Hit goal weight for the round at the beginning. I did win the round with plenty of wiggle room but not much in the way of progress this month. I guess it was like being in maintenance mode.

I’m recommitting myself to be strict again. It won’t be challenging to hit the round goal but I really want to get out of obese BMI and into “overweight.

Debating a kickstarter for extra motivation but it may be hard to lose 4% in a month when I’ve been dieting/losing for several months now. Anyone else doing a kickstarter this month?

No. I can’t do those anymore cos I’ve been losing for 1.5 years and it’s slow and steady. Took me several rounds to start winning even this challenge because I don’t lose a lot at once. Wish the goal steps in these 6 month challenges were spaced out more evenly rather than expecting you lose a lot at first! Good luck to you!

Thanks everyone. I am doing well - hit the next round goal unexpectedly today.

I think 4% in a month would be hard now. Lose is much slower and I go through plateaus and then slow lose. I did overlapping transformers and maybe that’s the way to go - although the first 2 months at 3% each month will be a challenge!

I’m not a member so the maintenance and longer games or lower % options for bets are not open to me.

Consistency! Aiming for healthy habits that don’t make me spiral but know put me on a good track. Not getting scared when the scale fluctuates, especially before my period. Remembering that processed food increases my salt/water retention. Sleeping and drinking water. Prioritizing whole foods over processed food and allowing me to cook a wide range of recipes (protein heavy) as long as it’s whole foods

I have been working hard this month but have definitely plateaued. I am so close to my goal, I hope I'm there by the morning!! With the longer and warmer days and school being out soon, I'll have lots more time to spend outside and I think the last two rounds will be great!

Hey everyone,
I was doing fine and won first rounds but than I was sick twice within a month and regained not everything, but some. I will lose the next weigh-in, too. I wasn't even checking this group cause I was quite upset. Now that it's getting warmer and the days becoming longer, I tend to loose every summer actually, cause im not afraid to run in the park in the evenings than. To my justification I could only add - I have once shared here I have very low iron that can't be even improved with supplements significantly and that should have been corrected through another precaution method. But my doctors appointment had to be postponed twice. I hope this and sport would help now. Also tracking food helped me a lot to realize ok this is enough for today already. How are you guys doing?

I was doing great then suddenly shot up two lbs! I'm at my last weigh in goal and not sure I'll make this round. I'm not giving up though

Same place! I won the first two, lost last month and had regained a fair amount, and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make this month! But we keep going … endurance keeps the long game in mind and keeps going despite the setbacks!

Yesterday I was below round 4 goal. This morning the scale jumped over 2 pound - thankfully I was still below round 3 goal. Expect it was because I did a lot of heavy landscaping project yesterday (I ache everywhere) and the muscles are holding water/lactic acid. Goes to show you never know what the scale will do.

I take measurements the first of each month and my waist is down 4 inches since January 1. I am also down a pant size. Nice to see the non-scale victories too!

This should be an easy round to win…but I’m not going to slack off!

Wow! When I woke up I was .5 lbs away from my goal. I went to the bathroom and did a quick workout and made my goal right on the dot! If you're close, keep trying and weigh in tomorrow morning! You've got this!

Thanks for sharing. We still have almost 2 full days!!! The same thing happened to me yesterday on a different DietBet - 5 lbs over, I put an extra sweater, went on my regular run, regular shower and before I left the house (and bfast) I had made it!!
