‘Chatty Cathy’ here! I use this message board to get me through my elliptical work out - thus the need to type.

Please post a favorite ‘tip’ or two that helps you in this journey to better health.
Mine is to drink a large glass of water and wait a bit when feeling hungry. This helps me in two ways 1. I might only be feeling dehydrated or even bored not actually hungry and 2. I fill up space in my stomach and feel full faster.

I have noticed it is getting easier to intermittent fast!

Best tip is to increase daily motion. Take the stairs, park on the edge of the car park, take a walk during lunch break, do walking workouts on yt while watching tv...etc.

Tip for evening snacking:

We try to eat on the early side for dinner and then I usually have one small Trader Joe’s dark chocolate peanut butter as my little treat for the day and then I brush my teeth!
We will make hot tea and lemon while we watch tv before bed and that helps keeps the munchies at bay!
