I am beaten up and broken down

You are down 37 pounds and that is awesome! You need to wake up every day and celebrate that. I have been up and down 60 pounds a few times and the only way I ever lost weight and kept it off was clean eating and staying active. I've been tempted by the cleanses and quick fixes SO many times too, but they really set us up for disappointment. We may loose a quick few pounds fast, but that's not a jump start, it's water weight, so when those pounds come back, we're back feeling crappy about a gain.Maybe planning your day of eating will help get rid of that stress and anxiety about food. Food will probably always be a huge focus in my life, but tracking and planning has really helped keep it a positive focus rather that a stress causer. I highly recommend Weight Watchers or tracking for free in My Fitness Pal. Plan what you are going to eat and prepping healthy meals and snacks. It's SO worth the time and effort. I need to know if have snacks to look forward to at work, otherwise i'll end up munching on any crap I can find. When you stay on track for a few days, you'll feel deserving of things like cake tasting and a dinner out. I think you should go to your cake tasting and taste a little of everything and a lot of nothing. That's something exciting for your big day so you should enjoy it! Try suggesting somewhere else for lunch with better portion control and look at the menu in advance and make a smart choice.I'm no health guru, but I've beaten myself up enough the way that y
