So today it has begun. I am usually a litte bit like a camel in my design to be able to go long periods without water. Increasing my water intake that I know is a must for hydration and overall fluid management of my 75% based water body some how always ends unds up...dry. 

I have to say I was able to only force dow a little bit of the 1.5L bottle I was aiming to consume throught the day. I managed 70%....I guess that is pretty good for day one! There is room to improve:-)

Hope others are doing well with their water intake!!!

Mine is distilled, with a boost of extra oxigyn!
