Today is the day I'm finally putting my money where my mouth is... And honestly, I'm nervous! What if I lose money, that might be discouraging... Can I keep this up with no money involved?

 

Over the past 9 months, I've gone from running a full marathon, to barely being able to run a mile without becoming winded. 

 

And quite frankly I'm sick of my yo-yo-ing. 

 

So here I am, finally putting my money where my mouth is, trying to think of how 1200 calories a day won't feel like I'm starving myself. Going to make an active decision to eat more vegetables to become full and keep myself and do some physical activity 4-5 days per week. 

 

I can do this, I will so this.. Because I am NOT someone who likes to lose, and that includes this new bet.
