SHOW ME THE MONEY!!! You're right, it's totally doable. Don't get discouraged. I've found that if I eat something just a little off, my body responds with water gain. Maybe a little bit of salt, or gluten (that I'm sensitive to) can cause a response like that. Go on, you've got this!

I'm exactly the same way. I'll sometimes stay up to almost 4am even though I'm tired. I have found that if I force myself to wake up really early and go right to bed when I'm tired, I'll go to sleep earlier. Also, limiting screentime before bed has really helped.

Congratulations on losing 6.6 pounds! I only lost 3.6 in the August DB, but I'm still glad I did it, even though I lost the $25. I think this one will be a lot more doable. I am hoping that I can lose the 6 pounds necessary to win this one. Hope you will make your goal also!!

I feel like you're writing my story too. I'm a former marathoner (still run halves) who blew up after breaking her leg last fall. I'm using this DB to get my butt in shape for my next half in November. I've never DNF'd a race, and I don't intend to start now.
