Great resolve! But are you training to run again? If that is the case, I think 1200 calories might be a little too low for you. I read a few exercise/weight loss books and a calorie deficit of about 500 calories per day is usually recommended. If the deficit is too large, your body might refuse to let go of any more weight ('starvation mode').

In one book, I found this calorie calculator, which actually takes into account nutrition and exercise. Since it is a government website, I dared to run the program and found it to be very helpful, because you can customize it to your exact stats and workouts:
