Gorgeous resto. Inspired plates in a vibrant atmosphere. No regrets necessary! :)Weight-loss while training long-term is always a delicate give-and-take. A decadent meal can be like rocket-fuel when you've been in a calorie deficit for a while (negative energy balance), don't you think? :)By the way, you are doing enough of a long run that your marathon goal is perfectly achievable this year if you keep at it and manage to avoid any injury.
