How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I forgot to put my weigh in word on my photo and then downed my morning glass of water. Stay focused! It lets you resubmit but I didn't see that at first. Still made, though!

I will need to make note of weekly weight in Picture. I was away over holidays so wasn't able to do that. Didn't know reason except to be more accountable. Was it due to extra prices? Last game you didn't need picture every week.

You don't need to submit one every week, but I think you can do it to be eligible for prizes? Maybe? I hope I didn't have to submit every week because I didn't at all.

Every week I believe is for people who are members. Just to help keep you accountable it also has a journal entry. But only beginning and end of game for the 4 week games.
