How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • We have a few days left of our challenge. What has worked for you over the last few weeks? Is there anything you still need to change to reach your long term goals?

I just got back from a week vacation and I tried my best to make good food choices. I could’ve cut out the liquor otherwise I think I did great! Couldn’t exercise as much as I would’ve liked but hey that’s vacation. I still lost a little weight- on vacation! I’m pretty proud!

Cutting out extra sugar has helped. I can easily overeat sugary things, and turning them down is empowering. Celebrating each victory of saying no makes the next healthy choice easier.
