How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Stopped working out due to crazy work schedule. Here is to adding in my workouts again & loosing the next 4 pounds to get through this next round. If I can get down even more to be ahead of the game I'd be even happier 😁

Good job to everyone who made it—you got good winnings out of this! I didn’t make it this round, but I’ll try hard for the next one!

Just wanted to post - I AM SO FRUSTRATED! - yes I 'won' this month a few days ago, but now I am up like 3 pounds and I need to now lose 6 pounds in 3 weeks! GGGRRRRR.. I hate salt! It has to be the salt. I am not eating too much.... no bread or potatoes - eating salad, meat, spinach, eggs, etc...very low carb.... gggrrrr... but if it's salt it will drop (whoosh) back off in a day or two... I will start loading up on plain water to help with the whoosh....POST ANY IDEAS on quickly getting back down! THANK YOU!

Kirstie S.

Eat clean, cut the salt, drink at least half your body weight in ounces, and do cardio. This usually reduces bloat/sodium induced water weight.

Ugh I missed weigh in this weekend. I took my niece down to Florida for her 10 birthday and we have been going non-stop that I completely blanked it was weigh in. Oh well I'll have to push harder for the next one and remember to do weigh in.

I have been really putting myself out there and working out 7 days a week doing strength training as well as following a lazy keto woe. I joined a DB4 that had a goal below that of the final goal for this DB10.... and I made it!!! I was hoping the extra need for the weight loss would get me to do it and it did - yay!!

I have been using Gymaholic for my app on my phone and Apple Watch. It’s AMAZING how much easier workouts are now. I even treated myself tonight since I met my goal weight - I did a double workout! Feels so amazing doing 6-7 hours of ST a week. My back pain is diminishing more and more every day.

Just got back from a wild girls weekend that involves tons of alcohol, junk food and no gym...needless to say I was terrified to weigh in...but I made it!!!

Hi all, I am out of town with no scale -- if I don't send in a photo/weight for round 2 am I still eligible for the following rounds and the last end prize as well?

Thank you -- I was hoping that I wouldn't be out by not submitting a photo, even with a gain. Have a great day.

Louise

It's only $12.50 a month loss... really big pot is end of 6months!

This is frustrating! First time ever I have gained weight in a round and weigh more than the last weigh-in! I’ve only lost 2 lbs since initial weigh-in! I just cannot get past this particular weight! Now I have to lose even more this next round! I feel like I’m banging my head on the wall!

Yeah - I find that I am eating whatever I want after a successful weigh-in and then starving myself the last week to try and hit the goal - something I won’t be able to do this round so maybe it’s a good thing - get back on track and stay on track evenly the whole month! I have just started a vegetarian diet and began doing Tai Chi - I’m not giving up but it’s discouraging....

Kellie P.

I’m sorry you’re feeling discouraged right now! This is tuff stuff, but please don’t starve yourself anymore?!?
