Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Tuesday! On to the next challenge! Not only is tracking a huge piece of the puzzle in our weight loss journey, but so is exercise! Over the next 5 days, in order to be eligible to win the Fitbit, you’ll need to do 30 minutes of activity every day. It doesn’t matter what you choose to do or where you choose to do it, but I ask you share a picture in the comments of proof that you worked out! Post on the picture that is pinned to the top labeled for that day- today it is this picture. This can be a screenshot of the fitness equipment you’re using, a sweaty selfie, an app that you use, whatever it may be! I also encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone in the next week and do an activity you wouldn’t normally do. If you normally walk on the treadmill consider taking a group class! Here’s to a great start on a new challenge and keep on tracking!! Make it a great day! Open to players worldwide and the winner is picked at random with a generator at the end of the 5 days!
