How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

anyone have any experience losing the width of your feet bc of weight loss? About how many pounds lost did it take for the wideness of the feet to decrease? My left foot fits into a regular size comfortably but my right feels a bit uncomfortable and I know its cause the right side of our body is natuarlly a little bigger, but I'm hoping with some weight loss the wideness in my right will go down since its only just a *little* bit wider.

Honestly my feet are my priority right now so Im kinda happy!!! I truly hope the width decreases a bit. I tend to lose a bit more in the core and less in the extremity

Rayne

My feet got bigger when I gained weight so I’m excited to get back into some cute shoes when I lose the weight.

So this week’s prize is for fabletics? Nice to see that the prize is gender neutral. Come on dietbet, I’m trying to lose my man boobs here :-)

Me thinks you bring up a very good point Tom.

I just checked out the Fabletics website, looks
a lot like a sports version of a Victoria's Secret!

Kinda makes me glad I didn't join as a "member".

Suzi

That sucks.

Still getting used to working days M-F and graveyard S&S.plus kids and school, plus they had a gang shooting during the high school football game Friday at my kids school, that’s stressful for everyone, we left early, so we weren’t there, and trying to go to the gym, get in a bike ride once in awhile, and get my nutrition on point. So far I’ve been doing well, tired a lot, but the scale started moving in the right direction ( knock on wood ). if I keep at it , I think I might actually catch up and make round 3 goal.
I bought some weights and resistance bands to keep in my car, and I’ve been lifting on my breaks at my security job, it also keeps me awake on these graveyard shifts. Plus I get a lot of walking in. I’ve been prepping my dinner for weekends and cooking them in a mini portable oven I plug into my car, keeping my dinners healthy, and hot too. It’s really getting cold and raining here.Hoodie season! Now that I’m single again, I’ve been getting a little attention from the opposite sex, kinda like it, but going to enjoy being single for a bit I think.

Wow, you are one busy lady! So good to hear things/life is going well, it sounds like you've
found that "balance" in life so few find!

God bless you & yours!

Carol F.

Thanks slim, maintaining balance is the hard part. And finding time to sleep lol.. sometimes I just sleep in my car. Power naps. Still just trying to figure it all out like everyone else. We just got to stay positive and it’ll work itself out.
