How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I made Low Carb Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse for my family reunion today. I topped it with some whipped cream and Sukrin Gold Natural Brown Sugar Alternative. It was so good I had no problem skipping the dessert table which is a huge accomplishment for me; I have gotten derailed by this family reunion many times in the past.

I saved up a lot of calories tonight for dinner out only to have a bad meal - I sent the first one back because it wasn’t quite right and the second one was too salty. Another time I guess!

I fell behind and am working diligently to catch up. I’m at 46% - shooting for 80% by weigh in day. Gonna keep it up with a workout of my mind and body. Working on my dissertation today, then a great workout before going to see my nephew play football. Bring it on!

Finding time to exercise with a busy schedule as a dad, teacher, and husband has been very challenging. Any advise out there? Thank you.

Haha most of my weight loss is diet. I'm a single dad with a 60hr work week. My exercise is yard work. Alot of it on Sat and Sun. Home improvements at night after dinner is my cardio. Do everything by hand it's slow but makes a great workout. If not there is always P90X. I have a full home gym but way less rewarding than installing led strip lighting around my room or remodeling a bathroom with a hand made bathtub. YouTube anything you can dream up. The instructions will be there. The rest is just hard work.


I own my corporation, I am in the dissertation phase of my PhD, I work 50-60 hours a week, and I spend 1-2 evenings a week at the boyfriend's. I had to figure out my highest energy workout (kickboxing or running) and do it in 45-minute doses. Sunrise, I'm at the lake. And I bring the dog with me to kill 2 birds. Its very very hard.

  • I've started my weight loss and focus on health in about June of 2017.. I could say that I had done diets before but really.. I would try something for 2 weeks and then quite...I did that since the 8th GRADE when I knew I was over weight...I would spend hours and hours drawing out plans to excersize and lift weights.. then I would do it for a day or two and not look at the future. Since June 2017, I've been more focused and I had a ton of help from a health counselor and my relationship with my health. I took alot of lessons away from our 6 month weekly sessions. Best things I got out of it was. I'm not on a "Diet" for ever, this will end, I will be healthly for my self and the people that I value. IT TAKES A LONG TIME...cuz I got alot to lose... duh...um down 50lb and it's still a mental struggle but I'm way happier. Keep it going people...hitting it consistantly these next two weeks into the competition makes that last two weeks manageable...IVE WALKED BY DONUTS 4 TIMES ALREADY TODAY...OMG.. IM LOCKING MYSELF IN MY OFFICE. The PIC IS MY WEIGHT PROGRESS CHART FOR A YEAR. I used to weigh myself every day. Now it's about once every 2 or 3 days....I hit a "plateau" for a while...and that meant.. I was maintaining but I wasn't working twords weight loss. I needed a break.. I still track food and am mindfully in social situations. Not once yet has someone forced me to eat at a social function unless my grandma is there. We can do it.. I feel more motivated and WOW DID I WRITE ALOT.

Right there with you man. Vendor screwed up an order brought by some donuts to make up for it. All morning long walking past it. Coworkers calling to tell me their are donuts down stairs. Just me and my breakfast bar hiding in my office working away.

  • Surprisingly no.. it's a great balance of food all around. Here is the break fast. I usually follow this 1500 calorie one and then add a 300 calorie snack or I do a protien smoothie
