Sooo my progress so far is 0%. In words: zero. Back home again I gained all the weight back I lost on vacation. It's about time for the new scholar year to start next Monday to get me back on track 😐

Keep up with your meal planning and stick to it. Fit in exercise any time you can, even if it is just pacing while waiting at the bus stop. You’ve still got this!

I'm in the same boat, keep seeing the same few pounds come and go, but keep going. Don't wait for next Monday. Start NOW! If you want to watch tv, watch it. Just in commercials get up and jog in place, do some sit ups or leg lifts. Anything. Little things are what add up!
