How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So close to goal I'm going to do everything I can to get there! I hear you Katy it is so hard to break those ingrain habits, I to have had days where I ate like I used to and it's amazing how awful your body feels after a binge and then you feel awful about yourself and it's a vicious cycle. I've learnt to focus not on beating myself up but on how bad my body feels when I've eaten certain food. So when I get a craving I think back to how that food either gave me a tummy ache or I needed to have a nana nap to digest it lol

I would Katy! I've still got 6kgs to loose before I have a normal BMI, I'm not going to go on another transformer until I've finished my Master's in July.
My nephews birthday so definitely over with the birthday cake it was delicious

Get ready for the final weigh-in for Round 6! This is the last weigh-in of the game! Once the game ends on Mar 3 at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Mar 5 to submit your final weight for the round. This is the last time you will be able to record your weight in the game, so please submit a weigh-in even if you have not reached your 10% goal.

Once the weigh-in period begins, you will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the game. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner for this round.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

I am really confused as to why I was disqualified for missing a weigh in last round....?

Second to last round is mandatory to make sure no one tried to loose 10% in a month. You have to be at either 4% or 6% to continue. It is in the rules and they posted about it a bunch. Sorry. :(
