How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Travel for my daughters wedding the last5 days. With good food choices and lots of activity I was able to maintain. It's so hard when you need to eat out at. Restaurants use too much salt. Yes..the wedding cake was delicious

  • I managed to get a bike ride in this morning after not being able to sleep for more than 3 hours last night. Weighed in after the work out as well. Down another 0.8 pounds. Now at 214.2. I am past my goal at this point and trying not to over shoot.

Hey all, I've just found out I'm going to be on vacation in the week of our final weigh-out. There is no scale there as far as I'm aware. What do! Anyone have experience with this? Will I need to take my scale with me on vacation? :(

I checked to make sure my weigh-in word was good before I worked out this morning because I knew my husband would be in a rush leaving for work when I got home. It was sitting on my laptop ready. He took the photos and left and now it says my word is expired. ugh
