How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm beginning to love running again!!
It's my "get away", it's my "me time", and it makes me feel good knowing that I'm getting healthier, and I WILL look better too! I want to buy myself a cute sun dress this summer :)
Just wish this scale would budge! Eating healthy and concentrating on portion control, but the struggle is seriously real!

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Feb 12 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

I wanted to chat a bit about food logging. I don’t necessarily count calories, but I do like to track macros. I did it religiously at the beginning of my journey then started intuitively eating. I’ve been doing that for about a year but I’m ready to get off my plateau and see some gains. So I’m back to logging! I recommend everyone log their food for at least one month. Not to obsess over or restrict themselves, but to just to start to be mindful of what they put in their body. When you start to see a visual of what you eat. You can see if it’s excessive or too restrictive. You can also start to see if yuh are eating more natural or processed foods. So I encourage y’all to check out my fitness pal free or a similar app and track this coming month!

I’m so proud of y’all! We’ve lost a lot and hopefully learned a bit. It’s not all about strict diets and brutal workouts. It’s about making smart choices at each meal and finding exercise that’s fun, tough and rewarding! Have a great day tomorrow and keep working hard!

Congratulations on your hard work so far! Keep the momentum going by joining your next game today.

If you want to reach bigger, long-term weight loss goals (with higher payouts!), join the Transformer! On average, players lose 24 lbs and win $325. If you're near your goal weight and ready to maintain, join the Maintainer to win money for keeping the pounds off!

Progress pictures. You need them. They can be the worst! Trust me, I get the feeling. Sometimes it can be a shock or a rude awakening. That’s okay. Everyone starts somewhere. You are catching yourself and starting to try to get healthier. So good job. Anyway, I just want to encourage you to try to take more before pix. Going back through my journey and seeing how my body has changed has been one of the most rewarding feelings. The pix can be totally private, but you should still take them. One day you will be really happy that you did.
