How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What diet plan is everyone following?
I’m in the UK and doing WW, Keto usually gives me the best results but the last time i followed it made me ill.

So today I want you to check your cabinets, fridge, desk, car, purse, etc. and throw away or donate foods that don’t help with your goals. You don’t have to be totally black and white about it and toss everything, but start to look for the cookies, candy, chips, etc. and either finish them in our first week or get rid of them. I try to live by this advice: If I can’t eat it responsibly, don’t keep it in my house. I personally CANNNOT eat chips without finishing a whole bag. So I quit buying chips. I started keeping low carb pop corn in the house for when I need a crunch. I also buy snack size bags when I really want chips so that I don’t have the option to eat a full family size. So look for your weaknesses, and try to think of a smart replacement to keep around. Like dark choc instead of snickers bars.

I just wanted to introduce myself for those that don’t know me. My name is Haley. I’m from Texas, but moved to NZ in March for a year to just explore and have fun! We have about 6 weeks left here!! So crazy. I work in a gym here. I am a certified health coach and yoga teacher. I started to lose weight 3ish years ago when Matt proposed to me. I was close to 300 lbs and cried when I saw the proposal pictures. I decided that I wanted to make a change. We started with slow habit changes and workouts to make a life long change. Doing crazy dramatic diets and hardcore workouts are just unrealistic to keep up for the rest of your life. I wanted to be healthy for life, not just for some 3 week diet. So here I am a few years later. I’ve lost over 100 lbs and kept it off. I can now eat intuitively and love working out every day. So we are going to try to use this time together to get you into that same state of mind. This isn’t just a 4 week challenge. It’s the beginning of your new lifelong health journey!
