Hi from Tokyo!!
This is my first DietBet! I've already lost 40lbs in this past year (nutrition and calorie tracking), but still need to lose another 40lbs! I'm so excited to try this as I have a few friends who have nothing but good things to say about it. Two questions:
1. (**TMI**) I started this on my period. Should I be worried about bloat affecting this process at all; or is it not really a big deal?
2. Are there repercussions for going past the goal weight (not a scary amount!!)?
