Meal plan for the week (dinners only)..
M: spinach and artichoke stuffed chicken and vegetables (salad most likely)
T: taco salad
W: chicken Alfredo (no noodles, just chicken and Alfredo sauce) and broccoli
T: Philly cheesesteak stuffed peppers
F: raclette (cheese, meat, veggies - no potatoes!)

The foods i eat the most are eggs chicken celery with peanutbutter protein shake with Avacado mashed cauliflower zucchini noodles shrimp steak. I like putting mayo on everything :grin: The weight keeps coming off so im sticking with it!
