How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    For the first time in literally 10 years I got the 100kg mark! Only two digits left on that scale. Damn I'm happy.

    Made some German dish. This is mashed potatoes, carrots and some beetroot. Love it!

What round do you have to qualify by to be considered for round 6 or even percentaeg? I remember one time i did not meet goal for round 5 but because i had lost a certain precentage I was able to qualify for the last round

You have to lose at least 6% of your body weight by the end of round 5 to compete in round 6.

  • August to February! Very proud of myself! I started going to the gym this month, but have started having more trouble controlling cravings! Hoping o can block that and continue my progress! Happy dietbetting!!!

Awesome job!! I've noticed being sure to get protein in after workouts controls my cravings. A small amount like two healthy dense turkey meatballs works for me. It may not work for you, but thought I'd share!
