Advice Needed- After lunch lately I crave goldfish, popcorn, veggie sticks (the chip kind, not actually veggie sticks). My lunch tends to have a protein and cauliflower rice or real rice. Any ideas to curb this sudden urge for crunchy, salty carbs? Or just go for it but limit the intake?

Almonds, green olives, the better chip ( they have different kinds, beets & spinach/kale) and there is a cracker that is made of nut and rice thats pretty good too by blue almond
