How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I made some really really stupid choices on food knowing that my diet but was coming to a close and I could have made it I'm not sure I will now based on my poor choices but I still am really not that disappointed I'm disappointed that I had a moment of weakness and that knowing I could have won this diet but it wasn't enough to keep me from cheating and eating something I shouldn't have but I've been doing so good since Christmas it feels much much longer than a month and a half or whatever it's been but even if I don't win the diet but I have lost over 8 pounds and that's 8 pounds lighter than I was so for those of you who think you might not make it it's not over till it's over and if the number doesn't say what you want just remember that if your lighter even if it's a pound that's progress

I think we all have those moments. I know I for sure did. I took 3 months off. Once I went off it was difficult to get back to it fully. I wont do that again! 8 lbs is a lot of weight and something to be proud of!!!

Nobody is perfect and we will all stumble. It’s all about picking ourselves back up afterward and moving forward! I love your positive attitude and it’s so true!! Progress is progress! You’re closer to your goals now than when you started, and 8lbs is a big accomplishment! So CONGRATS on your hard work and you’re still a winner in my eyes. I hope to see you in the next game! :heartpulse:
