Hey guys,
Just wanna day how amazing I think this group is, it’s my first diet bet and I’m just amazed by all the support everyone gives each other <3

I’ve had a minor mishap and fell while on a walk Tuesday afternoon (AUS) and at the moment can’t really walk. I’m a little disappointed But I’m hoping once I’ve rested for a few days I’ll be back on track with all you amazing people!

A little mishap or detour isn’t bad, it’s allowed me time to re-focus on my goals and make a list of classes I wanna try at the gym once I’m back on my feet ☺

I hope you’re healed quickly, but in the meantime concentrate on nutrition. Weight loss is more dependent upon what we put in our mouths than exercise.
