How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Spring rolls I made for a potluck. The wrappers are only about 25 calories each, so depending on your ingredients it's really light compared to a sandwich or wrap with a tortilla. My best ones had turkey, lettuce, carrot shreds, avocado, & a little dijonaise. The other ones were roast beef, cheddar, horse radish, lettuce, carrot shreds, and bell pepper matchsticks. I used slices of deli meat. I found directions here:
