How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Thanks Melissa! I weighed in and know what I have to do. Easing back into it too after prolong sickness but cutting sugar and cheese for my health anyway! Lets do this!!

Thanks for the support Melissa! I love your workouts and have been doing them for about a year now. Ironically, today not even 4 minutes into the 1st workout of this 6 month program, I landed on my right ankle wrong WHILE RUNNING IN PLACE and heard a big crack. Headed to the ER now. I am in disbelief, as I have never broken a bone. For everyone else in this challenge, focus on your body and pay attention while working out!
