For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I cannot tell you how much I am loving and recommending keto. I met my 10% goal for this transformer just over 2 months in. Had to start another transformer then just to motivate me to keep going rather than just going into maintenance mode! I am happy to give any tips or answer any questions if any! 4 montha ago I was skeptical of this diet but my experience has convinced me.

I’ve been doing low carb-high fat (LCHF) and time restricted eating (at least a 12 hour fast between dinner and breakfast) and I love the sense of control I have over my appetite. I also don’t feel like my scale is out to get me since there isn’t the fluctuations in water weight due to hi carb intake. But However I don’t think I will do it long term. Once I hit my goal weight I’m planning on switching to Valter Longo’s Longevity Diet and include two 5-day “Fast Mimicking Diets” a year. I’m starting the first one this Sunday so I’ll know more by next Friday if it’s doable.

Once I reach my goal weight I plan on switching to the Mediterranean diet or at least staying lowish carb - not keto, but well under the standard American diet carb intake. I will reintroduce some higher carb veggies, fruits, and maybe even have an ice cream on a rare occasion!

- Most Liked Comment: "I’ve gone from barely being able to attend my son’s baseball games to not only attending, but volunteering (!) to be THE dugout mom for these precious 7/8 year old boys. Snacks and drinks for every game (a “must”!) plus I get to be IN the dugout, helping the boys...keeping the lineup straight, moving along, getting the boys in their gear sometimes (that catcher’s equipment...whew!...so many loops! 😂 ) and being the first one in there to get all the high 5’s. I’m tearing up writing about it. I was helping another boy with his helmet, and that sweet child came to ME first. My heart ❤ just overflowed with joy and love. HELLO! I DONT POST MUCH BUT TODAY IS A DAY FOR CELEBRATION! Celebrated with The Complete Cookie (pea protein!) I lost last round, but have been much better at managing those portion sizes since. HIT THE NAIL THIS MORNING! I think it also helped that my department got more intense Modern teachers which has been great for many things (including breaking that sweat!)

So proud of myself. I signed up for a mud run next month with some friends and we are all holding each other accountable. Lots of strength and cardio. because of that, when I went on vacation last week and didn’t change my eating or drinking habits. I still got in a workout almost daily. I came back from vacation and lost a pound!. Tip: find some buddies and set a goal. 😁 Plus signing up for a RunBet on top of this DietBet helped keep me accountable while I was away.
