Good morning everyone and happy HUMP Day ! I’ve been reading all your comments and suggestions on how to make this DietBet as engaging as possible. Each day I will be doing 2 different things:

1. A small exercise challenge ! I will encourage each of you to complete a very brief challenge and then you can comment “DONE” once you have completed it

2. Each day I will post one of my favourite recipes/meal ideas!

Next week we will be doing some fun competitions with prizes ! So stay on the lookout for those!
