I struggle with weekends because that's when friends and family want to go out to eat the most. I found it helps me if I know where we are eating in advance, and then I look at the menu and nutrition online, choose exactly what I'm going to order (pretty much according to the nutrition data), and don't even bother to look at the menu when I get there. It's the pictures that kill me lol - especially when I'm hungry :yum:
