How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

That means we're into Round 3! Keep yourself accountable by weighing in unofficially or by submitting progress weigh-ins through Membership. To reward players for consistency each Wednesday we’ll randomly reward an exciting progress prize to one or more players who submitted a Progress weigh-in during the 7 days leading up to the drawing. The next drawing is on May 23.. Any official weigh-in’s submitted within the 7-day Progress weigh-in window will automatically apply as the weeks Progress weigh-in. Remember, that only official, Referee-verified weigh-ins determine who wins. Your goal for Round 3 is 8% of your initial weight. Good luck!

  • Anyone that feels conflicted because weight isnt dropping I urge you to get a body composition done. Sometimes we get lost in the weight and don't notice the changes we are making. I know for Dietbet the goal is weights and I'm doing a juice cleanse next week for that but by looking at my composition im not so hard on myself if I win or lose because im still helping myself internally for a healthier lifestyle.

  • One year ago, I graduated with my Masters Degree. Why am I saying this? Because, I look at this picture and feel proud. And, I see someone who took 10 years to reach that goal. 10 YEARS!!!! Now, I see someone who has also taken 6.5 months to lose 35 pounds. I’m not as disciplined about everything, I could use more in regards to keeping my things neat, but, it does show me that when you take the time and truly focus, you can accomplish great things!!!   • It can be done! Brought my healthy lunch to the State Capitol of Illinois. Smart move because the box lunch didn’t really have any food in it that works with my eating plan. Glad to feel healthy and nourished. 😀????????????????????🍅

  • It’s not always easy, but it sure is worth it!!! Had another road trip and took all my meals with me. I was in such a rush so I just did 3 simple similar but different salads with a bit different ingredients. All were quite yummy. Feels good to stay on track. 😀👍????💪????🙏✌💕🌸💕🌸💕

  • I made this delicious dish with barley, brussels sprouts, walnuts, cranberries, and braised portabello for dinner! Trying to stay with it this
    week; I only have. 0.2 lbs to go, but have a friend's birthday celebration at my house the night before the weigh in!
