How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

The day before I joined this game, I ate a whole box of oatmeal creme pies. It was a new low. I needed this game to make me start (again) getting healthy. Question: I have been having terrible vertigo today. Does anybody else get dizzy (the room is spinning) when you go from eating lots of sugar to almost none?

Anybody know if drinking ultima electrolyte powder in my water will break a fast? Thanks!

I don’t know what Ultima is… But I do know that anything other than water, coffee, tea, any sweetener of any kind even fake sweeteners will break your fast

But you can have fats (like MCT oil and kerrygokd butter).

Whatever rules you assign to the fast is fine as long as you can stick to them. Many people have fruit juice fasts which have heaps of natural sugar but they still loose a lot of weight if that's all they have. Water fasts result in expelling large amounts of salt from your body which commonly leads to giddiness and dehydration. If electrolytes solve that problem for you and enables you to stick with the fast, terrific, go for it!
