For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

What is the best way to overcome a plateau? I'm at a stand still. I'm taking in 1800-2000 calories so I dont feel like I can lower my intake. Also, I try to workout 5-6 times per week. Thank you for any suggestions!

Try intermittent fasting. It helped me a lot, try eating the same amount of calories between 12pm-8pm or whatever 8 hour window suits your lifestyle.

Anyone have any tips on curbing appetitive when you’re cravings are out of control? Some days are definitely easier than others.

What are you usually craving ? I notice my cravings are out of control when I haven’t eaten enough/yet in the day. But if I’m craving sweets or something I try drinking flavored water and if I’m still craving it after an hour or so then I try to find something healthier to substitute, if I can .

I’ve noticed that I get cravings when I don’t feel well or haven’t gotten enough sleep- so preemptively doing those things....but when the craving comes, I’m trying to have a small portion of what I’m craving....otherwise, I eat too much other crap trying to satisfy a craving for something specific.

Hang in there! We’re in this together! You can do it!

I’m excited to try out barre gym tomorrow. Any tips? Never been in a dance class my whole life, as a little girl of grownup!

Just keep going, learning the moves take time.

Hey guys! I hope everyone is off to a great start in this challenge! I am personally struggling with wanting to eat everything I don’t need on my low carb low starch low sugar diet. Currently doing a 48 hour fast to reset myself and try to stray away from sugar altogether over these next few weeks. I am also trying to workout at home but it is hard to get motivated at home. Anyone have any advice for someone who gets bored with at home workouts easily? What is everyone doing to help progress their weight loss?

Walking helps a lot, especially if I get in at least 2 hours (you can just step in place and log 10,000 steps as a daily goal-if you have a fitbit, you can join fun challenges). I also do non-taxing lifting workouts in the morning, I tend to lose a few oz after it so it's motivating.
